Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions and processes in ERP areas, preferably in consultancy.
• Experience in projects implementing business solutions.
• Experience in analysis, modeling and design of business processes in Supply Chain, Retail (Preferred), Manufacturing (Preferred).
• Experience working in teams that use AGILE methodology (preferred).
• Teamwork experience within a business context associated with IT.

Hard Skills

• Degree in Computer Science Management, Economics, Management, Engineering / Industrial Management or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain area (external/internal logistics, production management, retail, transport, demand planning).
• Knowledge of MRP and MPS.
• Good perception of business processes in an organizational context (preferred).
• Basic notions of data structures.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of ERP applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, PHC, SAP, SAGE.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of AGILE methodology (preferred).
• Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese.
