The Difference You Will Make
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate F&B Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor , you will be mainly responsible for ensuring excellent service and reporting directly to the Hotel Operations Manager.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a 4-star hotel restaurant, with a strong focus on breakfast and à la carte service.
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and coordination of services for events or group bookings.
- Strong guest service orientation and the ability to anticipate guest needs, especially during
- demand breakfast periods. - Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of hygiene regulations and food handling procedures applicable to the hospitality industry.
- Flexible availability and ability to adapt to peak activity times across different outlets.
What do we need you to bring on this trip?
- Supervise and ensure excellent service during breakfast and à la carte meal periods in the main restaurant, delivering a personalized and
- quality guest experience. - Manage and coordinate all food and beverage outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, minibars, events), optimizing resources and ensuring high operational standards.
- Handle ordering and inventory of beverages, breakfast supplies, and key products, ensuring daily availability and preventing stock outs.
- Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to coordinate breakfast and à la carte menus, adapting to dietary requirements and special guest requests.
- Ensure flawless setups for breakfast service, including buffets (if applicable), coffee stations, and
- service areas. - Plan and supervise the setup of events and banquets, ensuring every detail meets hotel standards in both quality and presentation.
- Lead and motivate the F&B team across all shifts, with a special focus on morning operations, ensuring smooth communication between kitchen, service, and front desk.
- Oversee compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards across all F&B areas.
- Proactively handle and resolve guest complaints or service issues, always striving for excellence and continuous improvement.
- Train and coach staff on service protocols, customer care, and product knowledge (including menus and allergens).
- Analyze and propose improvements in F&B operations, staying updated on industry trends and guest expectations.
