Our dining is central to this philosophy: authentic flavors, seasonal ingredients, an atmosphere that feels intimate yet elevated. We are now seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to bring vision, rigor, and warmth to our culinary experience.

The Role

This is not an office job. You will be on the floor, present with our guests and our team, turning service into memory.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Shaping the rhythm of our restaurants, bars, and
  - villa dining so that every moment feels seamless.
• Leading and mentoring a young, motivated team, building confidence and pride in service.
• Working
  -
  - hand with our chefs to ensure dishes are not just served, but presented as experiences.
• Keeping a sharp eye on detail—from the music at sunset to the last espresso after dinner.
• Managing the operational side (schedules, inventory, cost control), but never letting numbers overshadow the soul of hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

• You have led F&B teams in boutique or luxury hospitality before and understand the balance between precision and creativity.
• You are
  - on, visible, and inspiring—guests will know your name, and your team will look up to you.
• You thrive in dynamic environments: summer evenings can be busy, and flexibility is key.
• You communicate naturally in English; Portuguese or another language is a plus.
• Most of all: you love the idea of living and working in Comporta, in a place where simplicity is luxury.
