The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. They will work with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your responsibilities include supervising Food and Beverage outlet operations, communicating and delegating tasks to the team, ensuring compliance with brand standards, managing guest queries efficiently, representing the needs of the team, assisting management in achieving financial targets, supporting training and development, conducting appraisals, and maintaining safety and environmental standards. Additionally, you'll assist other departments and foster good working relationships.

Ideal candidates will have previous Food and Beverage experience in a hotel, a commitment to high customer service standards, flexibility, the ability to work independently or in teams, fluency in Portuguese and English, shift flexibility, and a willingness to develop both team members and themselves.
