Job Role:

As a Waiter at LSK, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing
- notch service to our guests. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will enhance our guests' overall dining experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously.

Presenting menus, answering questions, and making recommendations based on guests' preferences.

Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system.

Serving food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring correct orders and presentation.

Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or requests.

Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed.

Staying informed about menu changes, daily specials, and promotions.

Upholding health and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role in a restaurant setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent service.

Ability to work in a
- paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
