Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

Provide accurate and friendly support to customers via phone, email, or social media

Assist with questions about products, orders, payments, and shipping

Handle troubleshooting with professionalism and calmness

Manage calls for prospects and clients while transforming inquiries into solutions

Collaborate with other departments and redirect cases to the appropriate teams

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of German and a good level of English

Enthusiasm for fashion and sneakers

Knowledge of the value and impact of excellent customer service

Strong listening, communication, and
- solving skills

Energetic, proactive, and innovative personality

Excitement about multicultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon with a valid Portuguese work permit

What’s in it for you?

Type of contract: 6-month or yearly contract, renewable

Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 8 pm

Salary conditions:

With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950–1000 gross/month (depending on experience)

Without accommodation: €1300–1400 gross/month (depending on experience)

Relocation package for international candidates:

Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses
