Join Pro Generation Academy , a football academy based in Kuwait, dedicated to delivering elite training to players at the grassroots and youth levels .

We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and committed Head coach and coach to become key members of our growing team and help shape the future of football in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging,
  - appropriate training sessions tailored to different skill levels.
• Motivate and mentor young players, promoting values such as teamwork, discipline, and excellence.
• Maintain professionalism on and off the pitch, contributing to the growth of football in Kuwait.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum UEFA C License and experience in youth coaching
• Strong communicator with leadership skills
• Fluent in English and passionate about player development
• Valid passport and international driving license

What We Offer

  400–450 KD/month (TAX FREE)
