Formador(a) de Polaco/ Polish Language Trainer

Role Description

This is a part‑time online, remote position for a Polish Language Trainer (Formador(a) de Polaco) located in Lisbon. The Polish Language Trainer will design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students, prepare teaching materials, and adapt content to align with the student’s goals and proficiency levels. The trainer will also provide continuous feedback, encourage active participation, and ensure that students achieve their target learning outcomes, whether for personal or professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong command of the Polish language, including grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver language course materials tailored to individual or group learning needs.
• Experience in teaching, training, or facilitating language learning sessions.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and create an engaging learning environment.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to plan lessons and monitor student progress effectively.
• Familiarity with digital tools for teaching is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Education, or related field preferred.
• Certification in teaching Polish as a second language is a plus.
