We're looking for an awesome Founder’s Associate | Strategy & Operations to join our team on our journey to revolutionise personalised medicine.

About your role

• Operate as a strategic hand to the senior team, engaging with founders (CEO, COO) and the strategy and operations senior members to drive priorities across product, R&D, clinical, and business workstreams.
• Be an AI-first operator: use intuitive AI tools to build and launch initiatives to enhance productivity (e. g. , dashboards, workflow automation) to streamline operations.
• Plan and support the execution of projects end‑to‑end: define problem statements, collect data, build analyses, align stakeholders, deliver recommendations, and execute.
• Support investor prep, business modeling, and strategic
  - making, by collecting market research, competitor analysis, financial insights.  
• Support in crafting
  - impact decks and narratives for stakeholders, contributing to social media strategy and brand positioning, ensuring messaging reflects company vision and milestones.
• Support grants/regulatory workstreams (e. g. , Horizon Europe/EIC, IVDR‑related documentation) in partnership with clinical, QA/RA, and finance teams.
• Support recruitment: define scorecards, coordinate hiring funnels, and help run evidence‑based interviews for key roles.
• Coordinate events, pilots, and key customer engagements; own agendas, notes, and follow‑ups to ensure crisp execution.
• Roll up your sleeves on whatever is mission‑critical this quarter - no task too big or small.

This role is based in Porto, Portugal in a hybrid working model.

Technical / Professional Skills ✔

• 1+ years in a relevant strategy/operations in a
  - velocity environment (startup, consulting, VC/PE, ops) or a track record of impact in a similar founder‑facing role.
• Strong analytical toolkit: AI-native, Excel/Sheets modeling; 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to distill complex technical and clinical topics for diverse audiences.
• Bonus: exposure to deep tech or digital health environments, venture capital or a similar
  - paced environment
• Fluency in English required.

• Comfort interfacing with deep tech stakeholders (scientists, engineers, clinicians, and external partners)
