The Role ⚙

We're looking for the operational backbone of our team. As a Startup Associate, you will be the force multiplier for our founders, building the systems and processes that enable us to scale. You’ll own core business operations and help build our
-
- market engine, freeing the founding team to focus on our clients, product, and vision.

This isn't about following a playbook—it's about writing one.

What You'll Do ?

• Run Business Operations: Own the essential workflows that keep the company running—accounting, payroll, compliance—while proactively handling administrative and operational tasks to amplify the founding team's strategic focus.
• Architect New Processes: Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable systems to solve them. You’ll own these systems

  - end until we hire specialists to take them over.
• Build Our GTM Engine: Own and scale revenue operations, from lead management systems to sales enablement materials, ensuring our

  - market motion is
  - driven and effective.
• Drive Key Initiatives: Project-manage critical workstreams from start to finish, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and momentum is maintained across teams.

What We're Looking For ?

• 2-3 years of experience working in a
  - performance environment—think Biz
  Ops at a
  - growing startup, a top tier consulting firm, or investment banking.
• Strong organizational skills: You can keep multiple balls in the air and know which one to drop
• Excellent communication: You can work effectively with everyone on the team
• Strong problem solving: You enjoy figuring things out and building solutions from scratch. You’ll dive into whatever needs doing, from the strategic to the mundane
• High technical aptitude: Comfortable with systems, tools, and learning new platforms quickly. Coding skills are a plus
