Well-funded RE fintech & hospitality startup looking for a superstar Founders Associate or Chief of Staff

We are Europe-'s first
- owned portfolio of compact, designer vacation homes. We target
- affluent travelers with active lifestyles from large cities who frequently return to a select few
- round hotspots, like Mallorca and Austria. Our concept is
- scale, luxury real estate (2-bedroom villas or apartments), built using modular technology or renovated. We are VC-backed and expanding our founding team to deliver the first 3 locations this year.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a
  - paced professional environment (VC-funded startups, Investment banking, MBB consulting)
• Demonstrable interest in real estate, architecture or hospitality
• Ability to own and juggle multiple,
  - paced
  - streams
• Strategic thinking and independent execution in an environment of ambiguity
• Founder-like mindset, strong ownership/initiative, curiosity, resilience, resourcefulness
• Fluent in English with additional fluency in German and/or Italian preferred
• Willingness to travel across our European vacation locations (Mallorca, Austria, Portugal, Italy)
• Based in Europe with legal working rights in the European Union or the UK

Tasks

• Support founders/CEOs on
  - priority strategic initiatives,
  -
  - market activities, and operations
• Build relationships with real estate agents and local partners to drive our real estate pipeline
• Conduct market research to shape product and business strategy
• Manage investor relations and managing real estate lender conversations
• Provide analytical support (financial modelling,
  - driven
  - making, reporting)
