TL; DRWe’re building Ambar — the platform that collapses software development from years to weeks. As Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the founder and management team on the company’s
- priority problems, from scaling customer delivery, to refining strategy, to building internal systems. You’ll be embedded wherever leverage is highest. Why Ambar? Everyone’s racing to make coding faster with AI. But coding is only a small part of building software. There’s business context, requirements, discovery, architecture decisions, integration patterns. We’re building the system that handles all of it. Ambar is a platform where humans and AI work together to collect business context and convert it into running systems. You’ll take ownership of critical projects across product, operations, growth, and customer delivery. Some days you’ll be in strategy mode, other days deep in execution. You’ll build systems that let the company scale faster, and you’ll absorb a

Intro call (45 min): Get to know each other, align on what matters
Deep dive conversation (60 min): Explore your projects,
- solving, entrepreneurial instincts, and capacity to understand the business models of companies we interact with
Founder’s Challenge (2-3 hours async): We will assign a challenge you may come across in our industry or research a specific topic to present back to us
Presentation + discussion (45–60 min): Talk through your findings
We decide fast. If you’re exceptional, you’ll have an offer within a week of starting the process. Package
