Role Overview:

As a Founder’s Associate, you'll work closely with the founder, gaining
- on experience in product development, market research, and project management. This role is ideal for a proactive student with an interest in startups, mental health, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Outreach & Partnerships:Support B2B outreach, including partner research, initial contact, and relationship building.
• Business Analysis & Product Management:Assist in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting product development initiatives.
• User Feedback Collection:Engage with users to gather insights on needs, pain points, and preferences to refine the product.
• Project Management:Help coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across different initiatives.
• Miscellaneous Growth Tasks:Contribute flexibly to other areas that support the startup’s growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally currently enrolled in a Master’s program
• Interest in business development, mental health, and digital products
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Proactive, independent, and eager to learn
• Background in business / management, or technology is a plus
• Commitment: 10–15 hours per week
• Gain
