Responsibilities;

• Define the technical vision: Own the

• Be the founding engineer: Take a
  - on role in designing, building, and shipping early versions of the product, setting the technical standard for everything that follows.
• Build and grow the team: Hire, mentor, and inspire a small but mighty founding engineering team that shares your drive for quality and innovation.
• Lead by example: Write clean, scalable, and
  - documented code — and help define the processes, tools, and practices that will guide the company’s engineering culture.
• Collaborate across functions: Work closely with product, design, and leadership to translate big ideas into tangible,
  - impact solutions.
• Prepare for scale: Build the foundations for growth — from system design and infrastructure to hiring frameworks and technical strategy.
• Tech Stack: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python, Django, LLM Experience: Gemini, Open
  AI
