Founding Product Designer - AI Fintech - $7mil Seed Funded

We-'ve partnered with a stealth AI startup that’s building an AI coworker for finance - creating the missing translation layer between spreadsheets and large language models.

The founders are serial fintech entrepreneurs, recently raised a $7M seed round led by a top investor, and are now assembling their founding team.

The Founding Product Designer will join as one of the most critical early hires - shaping the product, design direction, and overall user experience from the ground up.

The opportunity

• Partner directly with the founders to define the product vision and first interaction model between humans, data, and AI.
• Design for a completely new paradigm - notebook. lm rather than another sidebar copilot.
• Collaborate on research, prototyping, and user testing to uncover how finance teams can work seamlessly with AI.
• Work across product, UX, and visual design, with a bias towards fast, scrappy iteration over polish.

Compensation

€90k-€100k base + equity (flexible for the right person)
