Role Overview

As a Founding Tech Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner to founders and product teams. You'll design recruiting systems from scratch, attract, engage, and hire top tech talent, and scale the company’s hiring throughout all functions.

Base Pay Range

$40, 000 – $60, 000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute recruiting strategies across engineering, go‑to‑market, and product functions.
• Design recruiting systems, processes, and standards from zero to one.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to refine the hiring approach.
• Act as a visible advocate for Pragmatike in the startup and tech talent community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting technical roles in‑house or at a search agency.
• Comfortable operating in startup environments with rapid iteration and high growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; makes every candidate feel valued.
• Strong network, respected peers, and personal brand in recruiting community.
• Deep commitment to candidate experience and process quality.
• Fully remote, freelance‑friendly, flexible hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting at early‑stage startups or high‑growth tech companies.
• Familiarity with AI, Saa
