We’re hiring our Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR)—and we’re specifically looking for someone with an accounting or audit background who’s ready to break into tech sales. As our first SDR hire , you’ll be critical in building Eleven’s revenue engine. You’ll help us identify, engage, and qualify
- potential customers across finance, operations, and leadership roles at accounting and
- market firms.
This isn’t a typical SDR role—you’ll work closely with founders, shape the outbound motion, and help define our ideal customer, messaging, tech stack, and sales playbook.

What You’ll Do
- Build a
- performance sales pipeline from the ground up - Generate 10+ qualified sales leads/month and maintain high outbound activity.
- Collaborate with founders to refine ICP, messaging, and sequences
- Build target account lists and conduct deep prospect research
- Test and optimize outbound campaigns to drive
- quality meetings - Build an AI SDR and Sales agent tech stack
- Help lay the groundwork for Eleven’s future GTM team and culture
You Might Be a Fit If…
- Past Audit/Accounting experience is REQUIRED; any amount of Audit/Accounting experience is acceptable to apply
- Outbound sales experience in Saa
S, fintech, or B2B environments. - Strong cold calling & cold emailing skills with the ability to handle C-level conversations
- Data-driven approach – ability to track, A/B test, and optimize outbound efforts
- High-energy and growth mindset, with a drive to break into tech sales
- Self-starter, comfortable with working remotely
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
- Experience with AI-SDR tools (Clay, Default, Smartlead, Heyreach)
- Experience with outreach tools like Outreach, Gong, Apollo, Linked
In Sales Navigator, and Hub
Spot/Salesforce - Saa
S, AI, or B2B Tech sales experience
