The Role
Orkestra SCS is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our revenue engine by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll work within a collaborative, dynamic team while also operating independently to expand our sales pipeline.

Fluency in both German and English is required for this role.
Responsibilities
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and will focus on generating and qualifying leads. Your key responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying prospective customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Creating interest through cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling
- Crafting
- quality, personalized outreach messages with clear calls to action - Nurturing leads with
- ups and
- building activities - Collaborating closely with the sales team to meet shared goals and quotas
- Optimizing and refining the lead generation playbook with insights and learnings
General Activities
- Engage in
- volume outreach efforts (calls, emails, social media) to introduce Orkestra - Qualify prospects by identifying
