How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide?
The sales representative’s mission is to maintain sales and profitability within the customer base and develop profitable sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
1. Maintain and secure accounts.
2. Develop good relationships with accounts at all levels through regular contact and visits, especially major accounts.
3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical or commercial advice.
4. Promote and inform about new products, services, and applications to add value to accounts, liaising with Business Development Application teams.
5. Maintain trust levels and minimize claims related to technical problems such as equipment breakdowns, liquid shortages, or late deliveries.
6. Prepare correspondence related to customer concerns, ensuring legal department approval before sending.
7. Deliver the best customer experience and service level, coordinating with all parties involved.
8. Proactively involve in annual voice of customer initiatives, maintaining relevant databases and following up on customer feedback.
9. Manage customer contracts, ensuring proper implementation, renewal, and adherence to agreed terms.
10. Analyze account profitability, propose improvements, and ensure payment terms are followed.
11. Define and update annual budgets for key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and managing risks.
12. Utilize sales tools effectively, report project progress, and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
