As our Sales Representative, you will have the following Key responsibilities:
- Be a True Partner to Our Customers: Forge lasting relationships with key accounts at all levels through regular engagement and insightful visits. Become their trusted advisor!
- Empower Customers with Expertise: Respond to inquiries with valuable technical and commercial guidance, positioning yourself as a
- to resource. - Drive Growth Through Innovation: Proactively introduce and showcase our latest products, services, and applications, demonstrating their potential to elevate our customers' success.
- Champion Exceptional Customer Experiences: Lead the charge in coordinating efforts to deliver outstanding service levels that leave a lasting positive impression.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Actively participate in feedback initiatives, ensuring customer insights directly shape our improvements and strategies.
- Master the Art of Contracts: Take ownership of customer contracts, ensuring smooth implementation, timely renewals, and proactive management of terms and conditions.
- Fuel Profitability and Identify Opportunities: Analyze account performance to pinpoint areas for growth and implement strategies to boost profitability. You'll be empowered to identify and secure exciting new business through strategic contract amendments.
- Be a Data-Driven Communicator: Leverage our Sales Tools to their full potential, providing clear and concise reports on project progress, new business wins, and all your impactful activities.
