We are looking for a dynamic FP&A Analyst to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in providing financial insights, forecasting, and decision support to guide the company's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and
- term planning

- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights on company performance

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial and strategic support across departments

- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing, cost optimization, and capital allocation

- Analyze potential M&A opportunities, including financial due diligence and
- deal integration planning

- Assist in board reporting, investor presentations, and
- hoc financial analysis

- Monitor key KPIs and develop dashboards and reporting tools

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking (preferably M&A), Big 4 TAS, or management consulting

- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills;



experience with budgeting, forecasting, and valuation

- Excellent analytical and
- solving skills with a keen attention to detail

- Comfortable working in a
- paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

- Strong communication skills - able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills

- Experience with financial planning software (e. G. , Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, etc. ) is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;



MBA or CFA is a plus
