Fp&A Manager
Job Purpose:
The FP&A Manager is responsible for supporting business finance teams and other functions, including brand leads, in management reporting, financial planning, and analysis. This role provides leadership for the FP&A Center of Excellence and drives its global transformation, working closely with regional finance business partners.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key contact for regional finance and business leaders, fostering strong business partnerships.
- Innovate in business analytics to develop models that provide accurate insights and align data with business knowledge for added value.
- Provide
- hoc FP&A support to regional and global finance and business leaders. - Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and Regional Finance Heads to implement improvements and standardization initiatives within FP&A.
- Ensure collaboration between the Regional Accounting/Controllership Team and processes managed by regional GBS.
- Develop a deep understanding of Manpower
Group’s business model and industry to offer independent insights. - Ensure management reporting is actionable, enabling a thorough understanding of financial and operational performance through KPIs.

- functional efforts. - Utilize financial expertise and business acumen to support strategic and tactical

Group’s financial policies and internal controls. - Promote continuous process improvement and customer service excellence.
- Provide strong leadership and motivation within the FP&A Co
E, embodying the DDI Strategy. - Lead, develop, and coach team members to maximize performance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in decision support functions within medium or large international companies.
- Proven ability to provide critical financial insights to senior leadership and management teams.
- Leadership experience in managing
- functional teams with a focus on customer service and results.
