This is a unique,
- impact opportunity for a seasoned product leader to step in as a fractional executive, partnering directly with the CEO to architect and implement our new "Scalable Ownership Framework. "
Your Impact (The Mission):
This is not an operational project management role. You are not the "single point of ownership" for 20 projects. Your mission is to be our internal strategic leader and
- builder. You will provide the "big picture" audit and direction, ensuring our product vision and project health are aligned as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Process: You will be the primary architect and implementer of our new "Scalable Ownership Framework. " This involves grouping projects into logical pods and defining the standards, rituals, and roles that empower our team to execute with clarity.
- Mentor & Empower Our Leaders: You will act as a "Group Product Manager, " providing direct mentorship, coaching, and strategic guidance to our Solution (Tech) Leads and Delivery Coordinators 11, upskilling them into true owners of their project pods.
- Conduct Strategic Audits: You will perform the
- level "weekly audit+direction setting, " reviewing portfolio health, identifying "loose ends, " and ensuring the "big picture" product vision is being executed. You will be the strategic backstop for our CEO. - Partner with Delivery: You will collaborate closely with our
- facing engagement and delivery leads, acting as the internal champion for product quality, technical health, and process integrity, providing a healthy strategic balance to commercial goals.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- Extensive Experience (5-10+ years): A proven background in a software development agency, consultancy, or a

S company is essential. You have seen this scaling challenge before. - Product Ownership Mastery: Deep expertise in creating frameworks for product backlogs, user stories, and prioritization. You are a master of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in the reality of a
- project environment. - Proven "Builder" Mindset: You thrive on turning chaos into clarity. You are a pragmatic
- thinker who defaults to building durable processes, not just fighting fires. - Exceptional Leadership & Mentorship: You are a "leader of leaders. " You can confidently mentor and upskill existing team members, build consensus, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
- Strategic (not just Operational) Acumen: You have a deep, practical understanding of the commercial realities of a consultancy (SOWs, budgets, client relationships) and know how to partner with delivery teams to protect both client success and team health.
