Franchise Marketing Coordinator

The Role: You will be responsible for planning and delivering all marketing and research activities that support the global expansion of Tribute Brands. Your focus will be twofold:
- Increasing brand visibility and lead generation across digital channels
- Conducting market research through actionable insights and strategic investigation
This is a
- paced,
- driven role combining data, strategy and storytelling — ideal for someone who thrives on driving commercial impact and measurable results. Your responsibilities will include:
Market Research
- Conduct desk research into new countries and regions, analysing demographics, affluence, trends, competition and recent business activity.
- Prepare
- entry briefs and decks to inform internal
- making. - Maintain a live database of
- potential franchise markets and qualified leads. - Support lead qualification by conducting discovery calls and preparing tailored
- up materials. - Collaborate with legal and finance to ensure alignment on regional requirements.
Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and execute marketing activity across all channels, generating leads and raising brand awareness, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Manage the content calendar across
- facing social media platforms. - Maintain CRM data accuracy and contribute to pipeline performance and campaign reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams (design and brand) to develop
- impact marketing assets that support franchise growth.
Experience
- 4+ years of marketing experience, with exposure to franchising, B2B or international growth.
- Strong analytical and research skills; confident in extracting insights from data and commercial trends.
- Excellent writing and storytelling ability, with a journalistic or commercial tone.
- Proven ability to create engaging,
- brand content across digital platforms. - Experience with copywriting and content production, for commercial marketing.

- Analytical thinker with a knack for turning data into clear insights and actions.
- Detail-oriented,
- starter with strong organisational skills and a performance mindset. - Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
