We’re looking foran exceptional Franchise Sales Specialist to join the superstar team at Too Good To Go based in Lisbon
Your missionAs a Franchise Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development of our business and the sales team. Focusing on onboarding franchise partners all over Portugal, you will report to the Sales Team Lead, but will also have a high degree of independence. As a Franchise Sales Specialist, you're hungry to get out there, build connections and grow our community by signing up Franchise Partners in the grocery supermarket industry.
For this role you need to speak fluently Portuguese, preferably Native (C2 level) and be proficient in English (B2)
Your role
- Located in Lisbon, you will research the market to find interesting prospects, identify stakeholders/decision-makers and generate interest about Too Good To Go in the whole country, focusing on the grocery supermarket industry.
- We keep it simple! We organise our weeks on a hybrid model, prospecting, building relationships and qualifying leads, and going on the field from the north to the south of Portugal focusing on onboarding partners, travelling is essential in this role.
- You will handle relationships with the HQs for the franchise accounts, and potentiate new ways of working and collaborating.
- You will introduce new partners to the world of Too Good To Go, train them on how to use the app and advise them on finding the best possible solution for food waste.
- You will work with monthly targets and KPIs, defining both the quantity and quality of the stores we attract.
- You will participate in the department’s monthly trainings and activities (such as negotiation skills training)
Requirements
We are looking for people who are looking to build a career in sales in a supportive and high growth social impact business. This could be your first sales role, or you may have some experience already in a sales or business development role. We’re looking for:
- You have some experience in sales, including cold acquisition, preferably in a
- up environment or in the hospitality sector. - You have strong communication skills
- You are native in portuguese and you have a good understanding of spoken and written English.
- You are located in Lisbon, happy to be on the field or in the office 2-3 days a week.
- You have a genuine passion for the mission (you also dream of a planet without food waste!).
- You have a drivers license and are able to drive in Portugal.
- You are result driven, happy to work towards monthly targets and objectives
- You are positive, proactive, creative and resourceful.
- You are open to new ideas and happy to share/receive feedback, always looking for new ways to improve.
- You are happy to work autonomously, happy to adapt to an always developing work environment!
