Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, is seeking a Fraud & Risk Specialist to work onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support our client’s e‑commerce operations by monitoring transactions, investigating fraud incidents, and ensuring compliance with AML and KYC regulations.

What You Will Do

• Monitor transactions and activities to detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
• Use tools, reports, and alerts to identify and escalate potential fraud cases.
• Investigate fraud incidents and ensure thorough documentation of each case.
• Analyze operational losses and identify root causes to support prevention strategies.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance (e. g. , AML, KYC).
• Assist in implementing fraud detection systems and improving control measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service.
• Prepare reports and communicate investigation findings to management and stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in French (oral and written, C1).
• Fluent in English (oral and written, B2).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in e‑commerce fraud or customer service.
• Experience in fraud, abuse, or cybercrime investigations is a strong plus.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and meticulous; skilled in documenting findings using templates and guidelines.
• Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills; proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to support investigation hypotheses.
• Organized, results‑driven, and composed under pressure; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
