If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Fraud & Risk Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will support our client’s different areas of social media. You will be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

What You Will Do In This Role

As a Fraud & Risk Specialist, you will:

• Monitor transactions and activities to detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
• Use tools, reports, and alerts to identify and escalate potential fraud cases.
• Investigate fraud incidents and ensure thorough case documentation.
• Analyze operational losses and identify root causes to support prevention strategies.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance (e. g. , AML, KYC).
• Assist in implementing fraud detection systems and improving control measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service.
• Prepare reports and communicate investigation findings to management and stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluent, verbal and written in German (C1)
• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in
  - commerce fraud or customer service
• Have experience in fraud, abuse, or cybercrime investigations is a strong plus
• Are highly analytical,
  - oriented, and meticulous; skilled in documenting findings using templates and guidelines
• Have strong
  - solving and prioritization skills; proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Are able to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to support investigation hypotheses
• Are organized,
  - driven, and composed under pressure; effective in handling disputes and emergencies; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
