What You Will Do In This Role

• Monitor transactions and activities to detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
• Use tools, reports, and alerts to identify and elevate potential fraud cases.
• Investigate fraud incidents and ensure thorough case documentation.
• Analyze operational losses and identify root causes to support prevention strategies.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance (e. g. , AML, KYC).
• Assist in implementing fraud detection systems and improving control measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service.
• Prepare reports and communicate investigation findings to management and stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) – both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English (B2) – both verbal and written.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e‑commerce fraud or customer service.
• Experience in fraud, abuse, or cyber‑crime investigations is a strong plus.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and meticulous; skilled in documenting findings using templates and guidelines.
• Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills; proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Able to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to support investigation hypotheses.
• Organized, results‑driven, and composed under pressure; effective in handling disputes and emergencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
