What You Will Do In This Role
- Monitor transactions and activities to detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
- Use tools, reports, and alerts to identify and elevate potential fraud cases.
- Investigate fraud incidents and ensure thorough case documentation.
- Analyze operational losses and identify root causes to support prevention strategies.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance (e. g. , AML, KYC).
- Assist in implementing fraud detection systems and improving control measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service.
- Prepare reports and communicate investigation findings to management and stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (C1) – both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English (B2) – both verbal and written.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e‑commerce fraud or customer service.
- Experience in fraud, abuse, or cyber‑crime investigations is a strong plus.
- Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and meticulous; skilled in documenting findings using templates and guidelines.
- Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills; proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Able to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to support investigation hypotheses.
- Organized, results‑driven, and composed under pressure; effective in handling disputes and emergencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
