What you will do in this role

As a Fraud Analyst, you will:

• Prepare chargeback representment documents in accordance with specific requirements and templates based on reason codes

• Determine the risk level of users based on SOP criteria

• Verify
  - provided documents to ensure authenticity and match system records

• Make decisions to blacklist or whitelist users based on review outcomes

• Identify and present observations related to potential fraud trends to senior team members

• Investigate reasons for transaction rejections

• Collect information through screenshots from multiple platforms

Your qualifications
