Our Fraud Team monitors and combats fraud across all Aptoide payment platforms. As a member of the Fraud Team, you will:

• Monitor payment patterns and identify fraudulent attempts.
• Resolve disputed transactions and chargebacks promptly.
• Track and manage daily cases as they arise.
• Reverse transactions related to chargebacks and notify developers about fraud.
• Compile monthly reports on disputes and chargeback trends for the executive team.
• Assist customers with payment issues related to fraud.
• Continuously improve templates for defense documents.

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Preferably studying or holding a degree in Information Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting user data.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Consistent ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, flexibly, and proactively within a small team.
• High standard of written English and meticulous attention to detail.
