Your responsibilities and impact as a Fraud Prevention Agent will be:

Reviewing suspicious online purchase orders and analyzing customer data to detect fraud

Identifying and documenting unusual activity, discovering patterns, and flagging potential risks

Communicating with customers via phone and email to verify details in a
- compliant and professional way

Conducting investigations to decide whether to approve or cancel orders

Contributing to the improvement of fraud detection processes and trends reporting

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of German and excellent English skills

Strong analytical mindset and
- solving abilities

Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately under deadlines

High attention to detail with strong investigative skills

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Motivated, proactive, and with a positive attitude

Team player,
- oriented, and committed to providing excellent service

Willingness to stay in Portugal for the medium to long term (not a
- term project)

What’s in it for you?

Type of contract: 6-month or 1-year
- term contract, renewable annually

Working hours: Full-time (40h/week, 5 days/week) on rotating shifts depending on the project

Salary conditions:

With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950 – €1, 000 gross/month (depending on experience)

Without accommodation: €1, 300 – €1, 400 gross/month (depending on experience)

Paid training period provided

Relocation package for international candidates:

Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses

Airport
- up upon arrival

Yearly
- way flight to your home country (within the EU)
