Overview

Join to apply for the FREELANCE Business Process Consultant (S2P) - 6 months role at EUTALENTS. This remote position offers a 6-month contract to shape the division's strategy within a Global Procurement Transformation project and drive adoption of global processes across affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Be at the forefront of the Global Procurement Transformation Project by creating and
  - designing a global template for procurement processes and solutions.
• Manage the deployment of the procurement process template across multiple affiliates, ensuring its successful adoption.
• Coordinate and conduct testing activities to validate local solution deployments.
• Drive the adoption of processes and solutions across the organization by collaborating with stakeholders from various countries.
• Plan and execute workshops and
  - gap sessions with affiliates, sites, or functions.
• Act as an ambassador for global process design, balancing local requirements with
  -
  - purpose solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables within the project scope and expected quality.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Business Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Process Management within Procurement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and financial acumen.
• Strong proficiency in English; additional languages like German, Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a plus.
• Strong goal orientation and priority management skills.
• Technical competencies in Procurement End-to-End processes and solutions (e. g. , SAP MM/SRM, Ariba, Coupa, GEP SMART).
• Previous experience in Source-to-Pay solutions implementations and coordination of activities like
  - gap analysis, testing, data migration, and training is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with experience in partnering with international teams.
• Ability to thrive in intercultural collaboration and complex matrix environments.
• Knowledge of agile tools and techniques; strong presentation skills (written and verbal).

Desired

• Postgraduate
  - related qualification.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Device industries.
• Professional procurement or project management certifications.
• Hands-on experience in an Agile/Lean environment.
