Freelance Marketing Designer Lisboa

Your mission

We’re looking for a skilled Freelance Marketing Designer to join our team for a 6-month contract, working approximately 20 hours per week. You will be a key contributor to our marketing efforts, creating
- impact visual assets and experiences that drive engagement and conversions.

• Your Responsibilities will include:
• Brand & Design System Development: Collaborate on the development and maintenance of our brand design system, ensuring visual consistency across all marketing assets and guiding the design of new web pages.
• Paid Advertising Campaigns: Create engaging and
  - converting visual assets (graphics and motion clips) for
  - channel PPC campaigns, as well as optimizing the UX/UI of landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
• Content & Social Media Design: Design a variety of assets for our content channels, including dynamic graphics and animations for Linked
  In, feature images for our blog, and visuals for our email newsletters.
• Video Production: Edit and produce compelling video content for You
  Tube and Linked
  In, incorporating motion graphics, microanimations, and editing features to create a polished final product.
• Event & Merchandise Design: Design banners and other swag for events, ensuring brand consistency and
  - quality print production.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Sync regularly with our internal design team to ensure
  - level alignment between our website and
  - app experiences.

Your profile

We are seeking a versatile designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for marketing.

• Expert-Level Design Skills: Proven proficiency in UX/UI design, graphic design, and motion graphics. You should have a strong foundation in composition, typography, and color theory.
• Design System Experience: Ability to create, document, and maintain a consistent design system.
• Video & Animation Proficiency: Competence in editing video content for various platforms and creating engaging animations and microanimations.
• Brand Consistency: A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently apply and enforce brand guidelines.
• AI Tooling: Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance productivity in video and visual asset creation.
• Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as a remote freelancer.
