Position: Freelance People & Culture Associate (Part-Time, 4h/day, Focus on Talent Acquisition)

What You’ll Do

• Manage
  -
  - end recruitment processes across multiple countries
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and craft compelling job descriptions
• Source, screen, and shortlist
  - quality candidates
• Maintain and manage our ATS, ensuring data accuracy
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements
• Assist with general People & Culture tasks (onboarding, internal processes, etc. )

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a freelance setting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• A people person with ownership and
  - oriented mindset
