Erasmus+ KA121/KA122 Programme and more

. GEN provides professional support and manages mobility programs by coordinating the sending and hosting of students, teachers, and professionals participating in EU-funded mobility projects across Europe.

The Role

The

Freelance Project Coordinator

is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of international mobility programs.

He/She will assist student and teacher groups with coordination and administrative support throughout their Erasmus+ experience and will foster new collaborations with Portuguese educational institutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Native or C1-level proficiency in
  
  Portuguese
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset
• Strong oral and written communication
  
  skills
• Ability to work

  and as part of a team
• Creative

  and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent

  abilities, with great attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying new partners and developing strong,
  - based relationships
• Supporting the coordination and implementation of mobility projects
• Managing hosting and sending organization activities
• Utilizing CRM systems to manage and share project information
• Maintaining continuous communication with the international team
• Ensuring a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for all participants
