The job

The job is simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting
- cycle tech and
- tech recruitment for specific jobs. This is a remote, freelance role with an autonomous schedule. Compensation is
- based, paid by closed jobs (approx. 600 to 2, 000 euro per placed candidate) plus a small fixed fee per closed job.

The job is for you if. . .

• You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter and speak fluent German and English; Portuguese is a plus
• You speak fluent German and English; Portuguese is a plus
• You have a growth mindset and will contribute to building ambi. careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the
  - term
• You are comfortable working as a freelance contractor with no fixed salary, no benefits, and no
  - time employment at the moment; you take the risk and we all get paid based on placements
• You have some extra time to invest beyond 15 minutes a day

• You hate speaking with candidates and clients
• You don’t like freelancing or getting
  - based commissions
• You are arrogant and don’t know what empathy is

Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be awesome. It’s important to have previous experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates, but if you don’t have it and you learn fast, you could still apply.
