Job Title: Freelance Recruiter

Location: anywhere in Portugal

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top candidates.
2. Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and identify the best fit for specific roles.
3. Collaborate with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
4. Maintain a pipeline of talented candidates and build lasting relationships.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Update candidate profiles in our ATS for future reference.

Requirements:

1. Native or fluent in English (C1), with strong written and spoken communication skills.
2. Experience recruiting internationally.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
5. Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
6. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is advantageous.
7. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software is a plus.
