About the Role

We are looking for bilingual (Portuguese/English)
- time freelance recruiters to join the Vivendi Outsourcing team. This role involves understanding our compensation model, utilizing our support and resources, and fulfilling the responsibilities and tasks expected from our recruiters. You will also highlight the different technical profiles we seek and the benefits of partnering with our company.

Responsibilities

Recruiting, finding, and screening candidates: Actively search for suitable candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.

Client requests: Specifically search for candidates who meet the requirements of a particular client, working closely with the client to understand their needs and expectations.

Proactive search: Build a network of suitable profiles and offer these to various companies, staying informed about trends and developments in the job market.

Negotiating and finalizing contracts: Involved in negotiating contract terms with freelancers or
- employed individuals and finalizing and signing the contracts. This includes explaining the terms and benefits of working with Vivendi Outsourcing.

Assisting with obtaining A1 and LIMOSA documents: Guide candidates in obtaining these documents by informing them about the required procedures and helping them complete and submit the necessary forms. This is essential for the legal employment of candidates in Belgium.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent command of both Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in recruiting technical profiles (e. g. , welders, HVAC technicians, mechanics, electricians. . . . . ).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Knowledge of the Belgian job market and the requirements for employing foreign workers is a plus.
