The job is a
- driven, freelance recruitment role with remote work and an autonomous schedule. It is a
- based role paid by closed jobs.

Responsibilities

• Find, qualify, and conduct
  - cycle recruitment for specific tech and
  - tech roles.
• Support growing our candidate database and increasing client demand.
• Engage with candidates and clients to move opportunities through the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter (freelance contractor).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (most clients and candidates are native English speakers).
• Growth mindset and willingness to contribute to building ambi. careers from the beginning.
• Able to invest time beyond a minimal daily commitment (not just 15 minutes a day).

Compensation & Working Style

• Compensation: 20% to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate (roughly $600 to $4, 000 per closed job).
• Paid per closed job; remote, autonomous scheduling; no fixed salary or benefits for the moment.
• We aim to be the #1 agency and marketplace for startups and scaleups, working with a select group of top freelance recruiters based on a respectful, trustworthy relationship.

Job Fit

• The role is not for you if you hate speaking with candidates and clients, dislike freelancing or
  - based commissions, or lack empathy.
• English is essential; another fluent language is a plus. Prior experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates is preferred, but quick learners who are capable of doing it can apply.
