Responsibilities

1. Source and attract candidates using innovative recruiting methods and tools.
2. Screen candidates through resume evaluation and thorough interviews.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and advise on best practices.
4. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
5. Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
6. Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently remotely.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
