Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongunderstandingofsalestechniques, excellent
communicationskills, andapassionforthemediaindustry. Youwillworkindependently, set
yourownschedule, andhavetheopportunitytoearncompetitivecommissionsbasedon
performance.
Key
Responsibilities:
∙ Sales
Prospecting: Identifypotentialclientsandgenerateleadsforourmediaproducts
throughoutboundcalls, emails, andnetworking.
∙ Client
Relationship
Management: Buildandmaintainstrong, long-termrelationships
withkeydecision-makersincompanies.
∙ Product
Promotion: Effectivelypromoteandmarketmediaproducts, includingdigital
advertising, contentservices, andmediasolutionstobusinesses.
∙ Sales
Presentations: Conductsalespresentations(viaphone, videocalls, orin-person)
toshowcasethebenefitsofourmediaproductsandhowtheycanmeetclients'needs.
∙ Negotiation&Closing: Managenegotiationsandclosedealswithclients, ensuring
mutuallybeneficialagreementsandmeetingsalestargets.
∙ Market
Research: Keepup-to-datewithindustrytrendsandcompetitoractivitiesto
positionourproductseffectively.
∙ Sales
Reporting: Trackandreportonsalesprogress, pipelinedevelopment, andmarket
feedback.
∙ Collaboration: Workcloselywiththemarketingandcreativeteamstoensureproduct
offeringsarealignedwithmarketneedsandclientdemands.
Requirements
Requirements:
∙ Firstlanguage
Portugueseandfluentin
English, otherlanguagesbeneficial.
∙ Provenexperienceinsales, ideallyinthemedia, advertising, ordigitalmarketing
∙ Strongabilitytogenerateleadsandclosedealsindependently.
∙ Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillswiththeabilitytopresentcomplex
conceptsclearly.
∙ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, andcapableofworkingwithoutdirectsupervision.
∙ Agoodunderstandingofthemedialandscapeandemergingtrendsindigital
advertising, contentcreation, anddistribution.
∙ Strongnegotiationandclosingskills.
∙ Abilitytobuildrapportandestablishtrustwithclientsatalllevels.
Desired
Skills&Experience:
∙ Previousexperiencesellingmediaproductsorservicesishighlypreferred.
∙ Anetworkofcontactswithinthemedia, advertising, orcorporatesectorisaplus.
∙ Experienceworkinginafreelanceorcommission-basedsalesroleisanadvantage.
