French Learning Specialist

We’re looking for a highly motivated French Training Specialist to join our dynamic client in telecommunication area!

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive training programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Share expertise in learning methodologies
- Review and pilot training material
- Document and communicate progress

Required Skills:

- Expertise in transforming learning journeys into engaging experiences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects
- Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks
- Willingness to travel for training sessions at partner sites

Qualifications:

- Fluent in French and English
- Proficiency with MS Office 365
- Bachelor’s degree in education, training, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in corporate training (experience with LMS, e.g., Workday Learning, is a plus)
- Experience as a Trainer or Training Facilitator is highly desirable
