Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Customer Service Representative to join our multilingual support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and systems
3. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the problem and offering solutions
4. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Escalate complex cases when necessary
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
