Your Role and Responsibilities
As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for users, providing support exclusively through email and chat. Your main responsibility is to provide friendly, accurate, and timely assistance to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive user experience. You will be instrumental in maintaining user trust and satisfaction by upholding the highest standards of service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Email & Chat Support:
Handle a high volume of customer inquiries through email and chat, providing clear, concise, and professional solutions to user problems. - Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Assist users with common technical issues,
- related questions, and general product inquiries by guiding them through effective solutions. - Documentation & Reporting:
Accurately log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system. This data is vital for contributing to knowledge bases and improving internal processes. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless support experience for the customer. - User-Centric Approach:
Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in every interaction, ensuring every user feels heard, valued, and supported.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are not only proficient in the required languages but also possess the right mindset for this challenging and rewarding role.
Essential Requirements:
- French Proficiency:
A minimum of B2 level or higher in both written and spoken French is a must. - English Proficiency:
A professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher ) is required for internal communication, training, and documentation. - Communication Skills:
