Job Description:

We are recruiting French speakers for a position of a Back Office Assistant in Lisbon. Responsibilities:Keep track of different records and files
Administrative tasks around the office
Assisting and supporting management
Requirements:native or C2 level of Frenchintermediate level of Englishno previous experience is required
Autonomous, with a great sense of organization and particularly at ease with office tools (especially Word and Excel), you are known for your interpersonal skills and your team spirit. Dynamic, reactive and organized, you know how to manage priorities and take initiatives. Great analytical rigor and ability to take initiatives will be your assets to succeed in this position. Working hours:from
Monday to Fridayfrom 8 to 5hybrid schedule
