What will your role be at SMART?

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional analysis and process design for electronic invoicing (issuing and reception)
• Monitoring invoice flows and supporting suppliers in
  - invoicing transition
• Aligning solutions with legal and business requirements
• Coordinating with IT and tracking project milestones

Main Tasks:

• Define and execute test scenarios; support UAT
• Provide functional support and training to business users
• Draft technical and functional documentation
• Liaise with internal clients to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Ensure compliance with BNPP's Source-to-Pay Core Model

Technical Skills:

• Degree in Finance, IS, Computer Science, or related fields
• Knowledge of dematerialization tools (e. g. , Kofax Total Agility, Readsoft, SAP modules)
• Experience with
  - invoicing platforms and reforms
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus

Language Skills:

• Fluent in French
• Portuguese is a plus
