What You Will Do

As a Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will make use of your skills, supporting our client's different areas of social media. You will be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users. You will review, audit and moderate contents from the end customer and copyright, review user behaviors according to rules of the Social Media areas, analyze reports according to protocols and instructions, and maintain a high level of quality in each report. You will be a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying guidelines with reference to nuanced and
- dependent policies in an evolving environment, and you will make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
- critical nature.

Responsibilities

• From the beginning, actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience
• Review, audit and moderate contents from the end customer and copyright
• Review user behaviors and ensure compliance with Social Media guidelines
• Analyze reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions, maintaining high quality in each report
• Serve as a central moderation point between Social Media users, applying guidelines with nuanced,
  - dependent policies
• Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or
  - critical nature

Qualifications

• Fluent, verbal and written in French (C2)
• Fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)
• Strong customer service oriented skills
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a
  - paced, high production environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Ability to multitask, possess critical reasoning skills and communicate effectively
• Fast learner, diligent worker
