What You Bring

• French (C1+) and English (B2+) proficiency
• Strong emotional resilience and stress management skills
• Sharp attention to detail and critical thinking
• Cultural awareness of social and political dynamics in supported regions
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+, with a valid work permit and completed compulsory education
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or BPO is a plus
