Salary: €80/month performance bonus (paid 11 months/year)

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 23:00 (rotating shifts)

Days off: 2 rotating days/week

About the Role

We are hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to support users of a major online betting platform. Based in Lisbon, you'll respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide
- quality service in a
- paced and exciting industry.

Your Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer requests via chat, email, and phone
2. Provide clear and professional support in French, using English for internal tools and communication
3. Guide users on account, payment, and
   - related topics
4. Report issues and escalate complex cases when needed
5. Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards

Your Profile

1. Fluent in French (C1+) and comfortable in English
2. Previous customer service experience is a plus
3. Tech-savvy and confident using online platforms
4. Flexible with rotating shifts and weekend work
5. Organized, empathetic, and a great communicator
