- quality service to their customers supporting prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Advisor:

• Represent a global brand;
• Develop customer relationships and ensure excellent experiences;
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
• Provide solutions to common problems and FAQs.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (C2 level or native);
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute;
• Availability for rotating shifts;
• Previous experience or contact with clients;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Team spirit and flexibility.
